The minimum use of services is 24 hours. Exceeding the use of the vehicle for more than 60 minutes is charged.
The minimum age of the driver is 22 years, ie the person who will drive the vehicle must have a driver's license for at least 2 years.
The use of vehicles outside Montenegro is not allowed.
If the client leaves the territory of Montenegro and there is damage to the vehicle, the client will be charged the full amount of damage or market value of the vehicle.
Under the Vehicle Rental Agreement, the client may not lease the vehicle to another person without the consent of B.E.L.V Rent a Car.
All vehicles are rented with the current state of fuel and the listed prices do not include spent fuel. Upon return of the vehicle, the client is obliged to return the existing fuel condition.
In case of payment in cash, a deposit is required for certain categories of vehicles.
Penalties for traffic violations, damage to tires and paint on the car, as well as internal damage are paid by the vehicle user.
In case of damage and theft, it is necessary to make a police record. Without such a record, the full amount of damage or theft will be charged to the client.
It is also necessary to make a report in cases when the client was not present during the damage to the vehicle - for example, when there was damage to the vehicle in the parking lot by unidentified persons.
In such situations, the client is obliged to:
- immediately inform the police and follow their instructions
- does not move away from the place
- immediately after informing the police, immediately inform MONTE GROF Rent a Car
- record or record data on other participants in the accident
- make a report on the accident or damage when returning the vehicle and hand it over to MONTE GROF Rent a Car
- write a statement in which he will describe the causes and circumstances under which the accident or damage occurred.
